About Walkvo
Walkvo is software for keeping a fleet's inspection records. It publishes a free vehicle checklist that sizes what a daily check round costs and how far behind a fleet's open defects are, and it sells a subscription that keeps the record: every driver vehicle inspection report, every defect with its repair sign-off, and the periodic inspections that fall due next. It is built and run by Ellul Solutions Ltd.
Why this site exists
This site exists because the hard part of fleet compliance is not running the check, it is producing the check three months later along with the repair that followed it. Fleets do the first well and the second badly, and the gap is a pad of paper in a cab.
Who it is for
the person keeping a small United States trucking or delivery operation legal: an owner, a safety director, an operations manager
not a fleet shopping for tracking hardware, not a maintenance department buying a CMMS, and not a driver looking up a fault code
What it does not do
- no legal advice, and never a ruling on which regulations reach your operation
- no vendor ranking: we sell one of the things in this category and we are not going to pretend to referee it
- no ELD, no telematics, no dash cams and no hardware of any kind, and never a judgement about a vehicle we have not seen
What is on this site
1 free tools, each working its figure on the page with no account, and Walkvo Pro that keeps the record. All tools · Pricing.
What Walkvo Pro keeps
The worksheet tells you the shape of the round. Pro holds the round itself: one record per check, one per defect, and a repair sign-off that either exists or visibly does not.
Who answers for it
Joe Ellul, Founder, Ellul Solutions Ltd.
