Support is email, read by the people who build the product rather than a first-line queue. We answer on working days, usually the same day, and always within two.

If Walkvo Pro is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of the payment and we refund it in full, no argument and no exit interview. Cancelling is one click in your account page and stops the next payment. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end.
